General Description
Location: Eilat is at the head of the Gulf of Aqaba in the Red Sea.
General overview: The Port of Eilat is equipped to handle most cargoes and a small repair service is available. Eilat also has a Crude Oil Jetty operated by EAPC. There is also a pipeline connecting Red Sea (Eilat) with Mediterranean (Ashkelon) transferring crude oil.
