The shipping platform

Location: Fujin is located on the S bank of the lower reaches of the Songhua River of the Heilong River system, between ports of Jiamusi and Tongjiang. General overview: The port is located in the centre of Sanjiang Plain and is managed by Hejiang Shipping Administration Bureau. It has a land area of 45,000m² and a water area of 1,200,000m² with 7 berths. The main cargoes handled in the port are timber, coal, grain, ore material and cargo for foreign trade. Traffic figures: Approx 485,000t of cargo and 250,000 passengers are handled annually.
