Location: Situated 30km to the W of Stockholm on the Sodertalje Canal at the mouth of Lake Malaren. General overview: The port is situated 20km west of Stockholm and serves the region of Lake Malaren. Cargo handled includes imported cars, containers and general cargo. Traffic figures: Approx 600 vessels with 900,000t of cargo handled annually. Load line zone: Summer Zone for ships over 100m in length and Winter Zone for ships of 100m or less. Winter Nov 1 to Mar 31, Summer Apr 1 to Oct 31. Max size: LOA 200m, max beam 32m, draught 9.0m. Max size vessel in lock: LOA 110m, beam 15m, draught 5.4m, airdraught 26.0m.
