Location: "Ta'Kuntah" is positioned in the Cantarell Field, 120km N of Ciudad de Carmen in the Bay of Campeche, off the Yucatan peninsula, Gulf of Mexico. General overview: The Floating Storage Offtake (FSO) with a capacity of 357,600t crude oil, provides safe storage during hurricane conditions. The Cantarell Field transports oil and gas for Pemex via pipeline to berths in Cayo de Arcas and storage tanks onshore in Dos Bocas. Load line zone: Summer.
