The shipping platform

The Port of Ruse is located on the S bank of Danube. It is considered the most important river port of Bulgaria due to the location, serving international trade. The port has 2 terminals: -Terminal Ruse - East (14 Berths) -Terminal Ruse - Center Terminal Ruse - East: Transshipments is the major service offered by the port, handling bulk, general and any other type of cargo onto and from any water and land transport unit. The portal cranes have a capacity of transshipping cargo with max weight of up to 60T (Also have a floating crane for heavier cargoes). There is also a Ro/Ro terminal with a ramp suitable for mooring 2 vessels simultaneously. Terminal Ruse - Center: Mostly suitable for passenger and commercial vessels. The port offers warehousing services with open and covered storage areas: -5,800m2 of covered storage area -190,500m2 of open storage area There are development plans of constructing a container and grain terminal.
