Location: The port of Ibicuy is located on the left bank of the River Ibicuy about 7km above its junction with the River Parana (211km) in the Province of Entre Rios. General overview: The port is a train ferry terminus of the State Railways. There is 1 main wharf served by 4 railway tracks. There are facilities for the storage and loading of grain, recently however coal and oil imports have replaced the movement of grain. No shore cranes available. Forklift truck and mobile crane available from private owners. Berths: -Berth No.1: length: 160 m; depth: 8.53 m; LOA: 200 m; draft: 9.14 m. Traffic figures: Approx 30 foreign ocean going vessels are handled annually. Load line zone: Summer. Max size: Draught 8.53 m, no LOA restrictions.
