Location: The harbour of Studstrup (Studstrupvaerkets Havn) is situated on the W side of Kalo Vig, 4nm N of Skodshoved and 7nm NE of Arhus. General overview: Studstrup is a private harbour owned by DONG Energy A/S. The port is only available for commodities to be used at the power station. The harbour consists of a dredged basin with a trapezoid shaped pier, covering an area of approx 18ha. Traffic figures: 7 vessels annually. Load line zone: Summer Zone for ships over 100m in length and Winter Zone for ships of 100m or less in length. Winter Nov 1 to Mar 31, Summer Apr 1 to Oct 31. Max size: LOA 245m; beam 33m; max draught: Bulk carriers, 11.0m; Oil tankers 10.0m.
