Location: The port of Zhangjiabu is located in the N of Jinghai Bay on the southern coast of Shandong Peninsula in the middle part of the Yellow Sea. General overview: The port of Zhangjiabu is a small local port. The port water area is bounded by the line joining Changhuikoujui and Zhangjiashanjui, which divides the port into an inner port and outer port. The inner port has a water area of 5km² and a land area of 70km² with a shoreline of approx 10km. The main cargoes handled in the port are coal, ore materials, petroleum, chemical fertiliser, timber, grain, salt and general cargo. Traffic figures: Approx 65,000t of cargo handled annually.
